Over six weeks, we'll build the strategic foundation your art business needs to grow, from positioning and messaging to pricing, visibility, and a clear plan for sustainable income.
The program runs as six live calls, one per week, each focused on a key area: clarifying your positioning and business direction, developing messaging that communicates the true value of your work, establishing pricing and sales structures that support real income, and creating the outreach and visibility strategies that bring the right opportunities to you. We'll also address seasonal opportunities where relevant, and bring everything together into a practical growth plan by the end of the six weeks.
Each session includes action steps and resources to apply between calls. While delivered as a group program, the work stays specific to you, every artist brings their own practice, market, and goals into the room.
